came from doc. ibuprophen, ice, pressure bands. 3-4 weeks - if improvement insufficient - steriod injection....
sucks...last night I was taking apart my drivers seat.....had to use a rachet driven screwdriver for leverage....I'm 40 years old...I play hockey and that sure as hell doesn't help but its not like you can just stop playing hockey and stop working on cars....
