It was just a matter of time before "the man" had his hand out and in the pocket of WVO users.

Just curious, had there been any WVO accidents with spillage, fire, etc. in California? Why the tough law? I had heard of one decent-fire somewhere in the Northeast (MA possibly), but hadn't seen anything since.

The writing is on the wall. Looks like the days of the "grass-roots/unregulated" type WVO user in California will be coming quickly to an end.
