Take an oil sample and send it to the laboratory. Then go back to the dealership and raise hell.

I'd simply start changing my own oil- very easy.

if the oil is synthetic, I'd guess you could still be OK. I'd probably do a few Mobil-1 oil changes close together- say 3,000 miles. THe additive package will gently clean the engine out.
