I have a 1976 240d with a way loose serpentine belt. I have tried too fix it on my own by loosening the alternater, but I've not gotten the bolts to move. This should be a lot easier than it is, so I figured that I must be doing something wrong. If anyone out there has any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated.
