Where are those dead engined rust free 240D's? I don't see em. The 240D engine market is extremely scarce it took me 6 months to find a good one

I had my rust free 4 speed manual on the block for ages for $700 and nobody wanted it. If you find one out here it will likely have a shot motor and you'll have to tow it home. Even the poorest running diesel around CA is going to run at least $1k.
