Phospatidyl Serine ....Sp may be a bit off...It isn't cheap, but it will help a bit with repair of some brain cells you forgot you had....Stay away from Ginko Biloba ; it's useless....BUt PS straight, not in a supplement mix will help if you really have some burn out....YOu can google it and read plenty/...
