How about tech support, how can a company that only sees the transmission on a bench develop any true hands on diagnostic experience.

What do you do and who will fix, diagnose any drivability problems, certainly not the shop that’s doing the installation, if they don’t have the conferdance and knowledge to do the rebuilding how can they fix a problem. Just my opinion.
