The comparisons have been made, but you are going to have to use the search function. there are a lot of threads where this topic has been discussed for the last 2 years. Members have stated in the past that Bilstein says HD and Sport use the same internal valving, but Sports are shorter shocks for cars that have been lowered. According to them, stiffness should be about the same, length of travel will be less on the Sport.
