And have you cleaned the Idle Air Control Valve? Also check the AFM to Intake boot for cracking. When cold if it is cracked then you will have a slight air leak thus bypassing the AFM plate so not enough fuel. When the engine warms the boot will seal back up.... Also check for cracked vacuum rubber connectors and the rubber lines that connect the IACV to the rest of the intake and AFM. May just be a slight leak somewhere. Mine hard started when cold and it was a bad Water Temp Sensor, but you said you replaced that. Also when I replaced my intake boot and all the rubbers on the IACV connection my starting problems disappeared. Mine where old and stiff so they would leak when the engine was cold. When the engine heated up the rubber becomes more pliable and seals the leaks up....
