The "Kompressor" engines from 1998-01 have PCV valves & UNDER hard acceleration they will pressurize the crankcase & push oil into the air intake area. THAT oil will damage the air mass sensor.

IF that is the case on your engine have the air mass sensor replaced AS well as the PCV valve & a special hose on the valve cover.
