How Come?...
...with all the engineering they did with our cars, they couldn't figure out that our wives/children would just lay on the switch until they destroyed the regulator?
I have wondered if there is/was some kind of "limiter" built in to prevent this kind of damage - as I am on my 4th replacement window switch on my SL (they stick and the internal spring doesn't pop them back very fast, if at all), I am paranoid/careful about window travel.
I don't remember the same problem on any of the US cars I've been involved with...?
Hope to hear from Strife on this one..
Kevin
