There are adjustable rear suspension links available all over the place but .... I don't recommend it. The tech may be correct in solving one problem but you may end up chasing two.

Do yourself a favor and take it to someone who knows Mercedes, Mercedes rear suspensions and links and most especially knows how to align them.

Ask the tech if he uses a thrust bar when he aligns the car ....
