Indeed, it "simply" pulls out. But maybe the heat of the bulb has melted the bulbholder (certainly if the wrong bulb - more than 2 watt - was put in). So it will be glued! If I remember it well, I read somewere on this forum that someone broke the bulb attempting to pull it out. He "superglued" a small stick into the lampbase to enable the removal.
BTW it's cold overhere : about 32° F. Therefore I don't touch anything made of plastic during winter. It becomes by age and the low temp so brittle that breaks to easy. And my Bene is always outside.
Last monday (5th of december) it past the 400 000 kilometers and the
333 333 miles...
