Pictures 2 and 3 are for the trip computer. If you do a search here I believe that someone posted the manual for how to operate the computer.

The E/S switch changes the shift pattern of the transmission. It stands for Economy/Standard. Standard is normal shifting and Economy provides slightly earlier shift points.
