86560SEL, I recommend using either 15W40 mineral oil or Mobil 1 15W50 oil with that engine. The original factory fill was 15W40 mineral oil for that vintage vehicle. As for the coolant, remove all the green coolant and switch to MB coolant ... has the proper ph (less than 8.0 when mixed with water) which prevents embrittlement of plastic cooling system components and erosion of aluminum components.
