I had my car checked last January. Now they have video cameras at the sites so you can watch the monke--oops, I mean technicians
while they test your car. They did not even open the hood. However, even if they did you'd have to have pretty bad luck to find someone who knew what they were looking for. Seems to me they use the most Junior "techs" to do the "tests"
