I followed your advice, shorted at the sensor, no results.
I then turned on the AC and measured the voltage at the fan connector, it's good. I made an attempt at measuring the fan motor resistance, it's "open" so this fan is dead.

Your advice was priceless and concise, I REALLY appreciate your help. I'll check Fastlane for a fan.
