Mine was slightnly warped, not to bad, but bad enough to not stay on with adhesive. I wen to an office supply store and bought double sided tape, the kind that is padded, about 1/4" thick and used that. Doesn't move, withstands shock. Still strong after almost a year. Worth a try, as long as the finish is still in good shape.
