There is a little screw showing in the back but not enough to get a good enough grip on an extreamly stuck bolt. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

it is really only there to hold the rotor inplace while you are working, or the caliper is off, it can be drilled, if it is sticking out the back you may get lucky and while drilling it will screw on through the otherside, while i am not telling you not to fix it, once the lug bolts for the wheel are on and secure the purpose of that bolt is eliminated, nothing for safety concerns
