You have covered up in your pictures the intake ports...head.........what do they look like?

Generally it is there that restriction happens! If they are not nearly plugged up with thick oily clumps there isn't a depreciable restriction. If you need to clean each one make sure the valve is closed and use a shop vac to remove any residual left behind from a cleaning.
