Thanks for your reply. The control module and buttons are on the door, the actual mechanism (in my mind) is under the seat.
I was hoping that I could get somebody to help me with locating the 4 bolts you talk about. I cannot find them. Which plastic covers are you talking about?
I actually removed the seat pan from the seat bracket that is indirectly bolted to the floor but I couldn't find the bolts to remove that would actually allow me to remove the entire seat assembly from the car.

I would love for somebody to send me pictures or PDF from the CD-ROM repair manuals that show or explain the plastic covers to remove and where the 4 bolts are located.

Any pics or how-to explanations would be helpful. I'm not a beginner but I'm stuck on this. THANKS!!
