You probably have new adaptation values in the transmission. The 722.6 learns the way you drive and will "drive rough" when re-learning the adaptation values.

If the tech didn't go through each gear, the adaptation is off, and will take a few days to re-learn itself, since you replaced the valve body.

Was this done by the dealer? Did they also replace the transmission control module when they replaced the valve body?
