I'm assuming you mean the covers on the backs of the lights? I have had one off to diagnose the short. The backs of the assemblies look the same. If you mean the front part (specifically where the fog light is on the 300) the reflector is very different and the fluting on the lens looks less prominent. If that's not the part you are describing, I'm not sure.
