If they used the same tranny in your car that is used in the 30SDL it is a easy change.
there is a drain plug in the pan and the tourqe converter.I use one of the large clear plastic storage containers.put it under and drain fluid.My pan had little metal bosses that made it inpossable to overtighten pan gasket unless you are Egor with a impact gun.
