The tranny mount appears ok, but I'm not really sure? Is there something else I have overlooked?

The vibration happens only when cold, -32F, but there still remains vibration heard from the exhaust system..after warm-up..maybe rubber exhaust system donuts, but they look intact!

Any thoughts?
