There isn't really a recommended replacement interval. It is more of a replace the parts as needed if/when they are worn.

Springs don't usually get replaced too often, unless you want a different spring for a lower or firmer ride.

76k miles usually isn't too long on a pair of shocks unless they have been terribly beaten up on. If the suspension doesn't bounce, then they are good to go.
