You are right 420 SE, all Euro specs. has the left fog bulb and only one while the right tail has a place for the fog bulb but empty; they put a place for the right steering drive. And as what 420 SE said, u can pull the light switch once to turn on the front extra light and twice to turn on the tail fog bulb. When u pull it twice u must see an orange light in the center of the light switch itself to indicate that the tail fog bulb is on.

All the Euro specs. Mercedes has only one tail fog bulb, some ppl install the blank area on the tail light with additional tail fog bulb and some of them connect them with the break light but anyway it's not recommended.
