How hard to pull engine from this wreck?


I need an engine for my gray market '95 S280 5-speed and this '94 E320 with 77K miles is selling at a salvage auction next week. Does it look like any problem getting the engine out? Would my 5-speed bellhousing bolt up to the E320 engine?
