Yup. Take care to not twist the rubber covered flex hoses. I did when I replaced the fuel filter on my 260E and it spring a dozen pinhole leaks. Cheap replacement from Fastlane.

You'll probably have to drop the whole bracket that holds the fuel pumps, filter and accumulator. The lines are pressurized and the accumulator will squirt a bunch of fuel out, so be prepared.
