There's LOTS of homework in Engineering school, Algebra - Trig, Caclulus, Diff. Eq, Physics, Modern Physics, Statics, Dynamics, Material Science to name a few. Then there are all the electives.

Try a Community College first and then think about transfering to an IN STATE university. They're cheaper.
