Remember, the front track is like 4" wider on a 500, so your tires are going to be WAY inside the fenderwell. I question if you'll be able to pull the outer edges of the bumper inward, as the stainless steel accent panels on top will likely deflect or bow.

Also consider that when you're done, you front end will be considerably wider than the rear. And encorporating rear flares could/likely will involve blending some flare into the rear doors.
