I think it is best to remove the console as well. It is pretty easy once you get the center enclosure lid removed. Take a look at our website at www.mbca.org/northtexas, on the left you will see repair videos, click there and all the videos on how to do the job are there. Good luck.

I like your web site and think it has some great info. I did not, however, have very much luck playing the video on dash removal. It only played long enough to get the instrument cluster, passenger air bag, emergency brake and headlight switch out of the way. Then it quit. What am I going wrong.
