Off the top of my head: check that both of your fuel pumps are firing. If so, is your fuel system maintaining pressure after shutdown? --- fuel pump check valves need to be checked as well as the fuel accumulator.

Your MAS Sensor is your fuel relay on the '92 ... take it off and jump pins 1 and 2 (off top of my head again) with a wire to fire up the fuel pumps. Again, ensure both are working.

Remote possibility -- clogged fuel filter.
