I have yet another problem with a W124. When it goes around 80-90 Km/t I get a higt pitch noise from the back of the car, I guess that it comes from the transmission. I checked with the local mercedes workshop, and they told me that they know about this problem, but they don't know how to fix it. I could ofcource "just" change the dif. but I would rather fix it.
