Good grief man, they just told you to run the wires through the grommet. Then the wires ends are in the area behind the dash. Sooo. Obviously, you have to remove something to get to them. I would suggest removing all or some of these things.

1. Instrument Cluster - do a search. Requires to hooks. Easiest to buy them on the net.

2. Under dash kick panel Driver's side.

3. Radio - Requires removing the horizontal wood piece at the front of the console. Requires two cheap radio release tools.

4. Glove box - Remove the male and female plastic fasteners.

Nobody is going to tell you exactly where to route your wires.
