...it IS a euro. You have the M110 6 cylinder - a real workhorse MB used extensively. You'll want to find a manual for that engine and another manual for the 107 chassis.

Post in the SL forum or ask over at sl107.com - I can't remember offhand where to source them other than MBUSA.

Of course, these forums here will help immensely. You'll find lots of info in the Vintage forum where we have a lot of 280/M110 people.
