No, it won't work.

The rear fixed and electric seats do have different anchor points, different structure and different subframes. For that matter, all front electric and non-electric MB seats are not interchangeable either.

Even switching from a rear electric bench seat to rear individual bucket seats (separate option also available) would not work (for all the same reasons explained above).

To be more clear: the exchange could ultimately be done in your case, but it will require MAJOR work, time and expense to do so and at the end the seat may not operate properly.
