The leather on my 560 had seen better days, I found pristine leather in a 420. I swapped the leather from the 420 into my 560, but had to manually sew the seat heaters from the 560 into the 420 covers before mounting the covers on my seats. The complete seat assemblies would have bolted right in but I wanted to keep the seat heaters.

If you don't care about seat heaters (they are nice, even in California) you could just swap the leather into your rear seat cushion assembly, and probably the seat back as well. For the fronts it is simply a matter of what, 4 bolts and a couple electrical connections and you could drop in the unheated seats.
