It's only a common problem with worn brake components.
Check the slider pins for free without wear.
Check for piston sticking.
Use a sticky assembly lub on the pins...Versa-Chem synthetic brake caliper grease.

Jurid pads work quietest and others often exasserbate your problem.
None of the Mercedes I work on have noisy/squealing brakes...none !
