Unhappy Komprresor failure

I'm sorry, my thought is no. You purchased a perfomance car and at some point there would be little doubt in anyones mind that you drove the car to it's level of perfomance. Yes, it is an expensive repair. I respectfully need to ask, when you were purchasing this vehicle at what point did you anticipate it would be inexpensive to operate?

You could pursue it but I believe the time required to request help from the factory could be better served, but you don't know until you ask.
