The Clash is o.k. to me, but the soundtrack to my high school days is sung by U2.

When I first heard the album War, it was like a lightning bolt from God. The song Sunday Bloody Sunday was a revelation.

The album came out in '83, when I was a freshman in high school.

And then The Joshua Tree came out in '86 or '87, and to this day, it still ranks, to me, as one of the greatest rock albums of all time.

I was looking at that book at Costco the before X-mas, and I remember The Joshua Tree was ranked pretty high. Do you remember its ranking?
