I definitely wouldn't drive the car if I were plannning to fix that trans. You will be pumping clutch material everywhere it shouldn't be including the torque convertor and valve body which can cause future problems unless you totally replace them.

I change oil and filter but the oil seems clean and no smell is it possible that it can be the linkage bushings to the stick, or something else the parking and neutral saftey switch seems bad too no starting in park is possible thats way I thinking on the linkage rubber bushing or is it a long shot I guess a overhaul is the next thing to do
