I have been seeing euro plates on the BACK of cars here in NC (the long, skinny rectangular ones). I don't know if the state is selling them or what is going on. The first one I saw on a Jaquire, and the next one I saw was on a Dodge Caravan! I am going to look into it, because that would look cool on my 300SD! But even if NC is selling them, I'm sure I'd get stopped when driving into another state.
