The walnut trim on the driver`s door (UK spec) which surrounds the seat position and memory buttons has become de laminated and cracked. I have ordered the new part from Mercedes but wondered if anyone had any experience of removal of the old part and whether it will ease out or has to be pushed from the back? Any help would be gratefully accepted. It just looks a tight fit and I don`t want to damage the leather surround.
