Over the phone Bilstein North America jerked me around and made no offer for replacement at all, just kept telling me to go to one of their distributors. Oooops, the distributors told me to find the ONE specific fellow who sold me the shocks.... no longer in business.

Either Bilstein should stand on their unconditional warranty for their products or they should quit telling lies.
