My 87 560 sel has a clunk in the front end during turns and speed bumps at slow speeds while depressing the brakes. I am having some brake work done in a couple of weeks and wonder if anyone has some suggestions as for what to look for while the wheels are off. Also, I replaced my accumulators last year and they raised the vehicle up from it's saggy position. However, I still feel the vehicle is riding a little rough in the back. The struts are not leaking and I am certain the hydraulic pump is operational. I know there are alot of posts out there on this topic, but is it worth jacking the car up a little higher in the rear by using the level controller?
