Go to start, and then run.

Type msconfig.

Press enter.

Click services tab.

Check the Hide Microsoft Services Box.

Click disable all.

Click startup tab.

Click disable all.

Press apply.

Press close.

Press Restart button.

Let power cycle fully.

Try again to see if that helps.
