The 140 body locks are controlled by a microswitch in the doors and trunk which control a vacuum/pressure pump under the passenger rear seat. If nothing locks eg. trunk gas door it is either a fuse or bad pump, your lumbars, backup rods and rear vacuum headrest release come off the same pump. Try the fuse if it resets there is a leak some where since the tump has time and pressure/vacuum sensors.
