That alignment shop needs to be familiar with the procedure for aligning a Mercedes. Are they using the spreader bar and the tool to lock the steering box as they should be? I have seen very few shops other than a dealer who does the alignment by the book and I've heard a whole lot of reports of folks unhappy with their alignment results at the tire shops. A lot less are unhappy at the dealer other than the price.
