Two questions for all you experts:

1) Where can I find the little rubber/plastic gasket/grommet that goes beween the hard/soft top and the top of the windshield on my 1980 450sl?

2) What's the best thing to clean the haze off of my plastic rear window? I got spoiled about a week ago with some real warm weather, so I went topless. Nice sunny day today, so I did it again, but not nearly as warm, so I decided to put the soft top up only to find a haze on the window that is driving me nuts!
